If you are tired of city life, you might consider to go to the beach that make you relaxing. Odaiba is the nearest beach to the Downtown area. Although Odaiba is man made beach its sand was imported from the Kozushima Island that belong Izu Islands. You can get there using the automate operated Yurikamone transit system from Shimbashi station via the Rainbow Bridge.
From JR Shimbashi Station Shiodome Exit,

Get off the train at Odaiba-Kaihinkoen(U/06)
And take this way
This way
Eventually you can see the beach on your right.
