Yokohama Landmark Tower

Get there:
Take JR Keihintohoku Line and get off at Sakuragicho(桜木町). It takes 45 minutes from Tokyo Station to Sakuragicho. When you went through the ticket barrier, take your turn left. You can see the Yokohama Landmark Tower.

Take the escalator on your way to the Landmark Tower. and then take the moving pedestrian walkway which take you to the Landmark Tower. If you are not in a hurry when you take the moving pedestrian walkway, please stand on the left side.

Landmark Tower was built in 1993 was once the seventh tallest building in the world in that time. During the period of good times that called Bubble Economy in Japan, those area used to be old factory site and developed rapidly by development plan. Therefore, I feel that the Elderly people those who had lived in Yokohama for a long time are not familiar in those area.

You can take a high speed elevator in the Landmark Tower and can get up onto the viewing platform at upper most floor. You need to pay for 1,000 yen when you take an elevator though. The lower floors are Shopping center with a high ceiled, spacious and upscale atmosphere. I hope you like at there.

Pokemon Center

Donguri Republic

Sizzler

Hard Rock Cafe

When you get through the Landmark Tower Shopping center, you are able to find out another Shopping center like a Queens Squire or World porter.

Tokyo Disneyland

You can find a pile of information which mentioned about Tokyo Disneyland on the Net or Travel guide books. so I shall resign to inform you a detail information about that.

Tokyo Disneyland, there is no such a place in Tokyo is actually in Chiba. Just like some Japanese companies in New York branch are actually in New Jersey.

The admission fee to enter Tokyo Disneyland is 7,400 yen which has been raised its admission fee to 1,200 yen in last three years. The reason I established this blog site that I want you to be helpful if you have a chance to come to Tokyo and want you to find a solution to save the cost and time. However, I was not able to find the way to get tickets which offers you make it cheaper.

Although the admission fee has been raised, many people visit there every day. We wanna be there to be avoid from many people if possible.

The most crowded months ever:

No.1  March
No.2  February
No.3  August
No.4  December
No.5  October
No.6  November
No.7  September
No.8  January
No.9  May
No.10 June
No.11 April
No.12 July

In Japan, March is the month of which school graduation takes place. The students those who graduate at this time wants to go to Disneyland with good friends before get separated each other.

The most crowded weeks ever:

No.1 Saturday
No.2 Sunday
No.3 Monday
No.4 Wednesday
No.5 Tuesday
No.6 Thursday
No.7 Friday

I understand that Saturday and Sunday are the most crowded of the weeks. I guess the people those who takes Saturday and Sunday off tendencies to go there prefer Saturday than Sunday because they want to relax on Sunday for go back to work on Monday.
I was surprised this result because the Monday is the third crowded day of the week. I guess the people those who taking charge of service industries visits there.

According to based on this statistics, you should not better go there every Saturday on March and should better go there every Friday on July.

Frozen City

I got on the public bus from the Airport heading to Downtown. Bus driver told me that next stop is the closest place to Downtown. so I got off the bus at there. The bus left and I was alone at the bus stop. I'm standing at the place a little bit apart from Downtown area. There's a park that covered with snow in front of me. I can see the Downtown's buildings across the park.

Calgary, It's really cold out there, Electric bulletin board which installed at outside of the Bank indicates temperature minus 24 degrees celsius though, Local people didn't seems surprised to see that and they works as usual.

When I take a breathe frozen oxygen stuck into my throat, Icicles hung along the buildings or houses and pile of snow which falls several days ago never melts became ice which covered everything in Downtown Calgary.

I wonder the immigrants those who came from south eastern part of China in search of their dreams might considered they should not have came here because the climate in Canada must be too extrem and harsh to them. Do they really adapting the way of life in Canada?

There are abounds with ice skate link in the park and shopping mall. Boys are playing Hockey, Girls are practicing Figure skating.

SkyWalk, which is a type of pedestrian way consists of enclosed bridge between the buildings by avoiding being cold are built every corner of the place in Downtown area.

The steam are rising from the top of the buildings, the steam are rising from Manhole on the ground and are seems to be sucked into the thick cloudy sky. People are acrossing in the Skywalk like a walking in the air. It seems like I'm in a Hollywood's SF movie scene.
