I think you would've a hard time finding Halal certified restaurant in Tokyo.The restaurant which I introduced here serves Halal certified noodles.so you can eat it without worries.

Take your order at the entrance but we only have Mazulu halal beef noodle for 950 yen and then please select the thickness of the noodles.
Mazulu halal beef noodle is garnished with beef, radishes and Chinese chili oil as well as sprinkled with coriander and leaf garlic.
