During a period you staying in Tokyo, you might feel stress out to staying such a big city. I reccommed you go to the Kujukuri Beach(九十九里海岸) where on the Pacific Coast in North east of Chiba Prefecture to reduce your stressing out once in a while. It takes about less than two hours from Downtown Tokyo by Train, Car and Bus.
Tokyo Olympic 2020 organization announced that Surfing competition will take place at Tsurigasaki Beach(釣ヶ崎海岸) that located at southern end of Kujukuri Beach.
Get there:
From JR Chiba Station,
Get off the train, Then go to the East exit.
Take your left.

Wait for the Bus at there.
Time schedule to the Beach.
Here comes the Bus.
Tell the Bus drive before you get on a Bus that "I want to get off the Bus at Sunrise Kujukuri(サンライズ九十九里)". The Bus fare is 930yen. You can bring your Surfboard or Bodyboard on the Bus.
You can see the view of rice paddies from the moving Bus window on the bypass road. You will be soon arrive at Sunrise Kujukuri that name of the Hotel.
You arrived at Sunrise Kujukuri, Magame Beach(真亀海岸).
Check the time schedule for return Bus before you go to the Beach. Another Bus which directly take you to the Tokyo Station(東京駅) also available three times a day.
