the location of this place is very good. There's pretty much a straight path from Harajuku to Shibuya.

The food was pretty good, the service was friendly, I like the atmosphere of the Hawaiian music and decor.

Meiji Shrine / Harajuku, Tokyo


Meiji Shrine was completed in 1920 and dedicated to the Emperor Meiji and Empress. During the New Years Days, More than three million visitors comes to pray for New Years resolution. Apparently, Meiji Shrine is one of the most famous shrine in Japan.

From JR Yamate Line, Harajuku Station..

When you pass through ticket barrier at Harajuku Station, take your right turn for ten seconds. Next, Across the railway track on the pedestrian way.

Passing through that gate.


You will see the next gate on your left.
Pass through that.

You will see the another gate again.
Pass through that gate and you are already at Meiji Shrine.



Throw money into the offertory box to make a wish.
Usually, Japanese people throw 100 yen. That good enough to you.


Meiji Shrine site is surrounded by tranquil forest that make you relaxing at there.
